Payments

Due to the reduced availability of appointments while I complete my PhD, a 50% deposit is required on individual consultations. Balance of payment is required prior to, or during the consultation. Packages are purchased through Celeste and paid in full when purchased to secure the associated discount.
Payment is in Australian dollars with GST applying when stated, and can be made with Visa, Mastercard or Amex. BPAY using Biller Code: 306-704 and Reference: 1261 3645 15. 
Direct deposit payments  must be made 2 working days prior to your appointment followed with an email to celeste@celesteferraris.com notifying of the transaction and its purpose. Contact Celeste for direct deposit bank details. 

Private Health Fund

Claiming
Online nutrition consultations are claimable through CUA and HBF. 
In person nutrition consultations can be claimed through the following private health funds: AAMI, APIA, AHM, Australian Unity, Credicare Health Fund, CUA, GMF, GU Health, HBF, Health Partners, Health.com.au, Medibank Private, Mildura Health Fund, NIB, Qantas Health Insurance, QLD Country Health, Suncorp, Territory Health and Westfund. If you require an in person consultation please contact Celeste at celeste@celesteferraris.com
Your receipt of payment will have the consultation detail or provider number with which you can claim a rebate from your insurer. Nutrition consultations are not claimable through medicare.

Online Consultations

Zoom
Your online consultation will happen through Zoom. To download and install Zoom click here: Download Zoom (select Zoom Client for Meetings). Please take time to download and test Zoom a few hours prior to your appointment so that we can dedicate all of your appointment time to your health. Enable both audio and video.
Zoom do not require you to set up an account nor is there any cost when you are simply attending a meeting (consultation). Click here for the Zoom Help Centre
After booking your appointment you will receive an email that contains the link to your Zoom consultation. Please arrive in the Zoom waiting room 5 minutes prior to your appointment. I will get the meeting started!

Booking System

Halaxy
Halaxy is a secure health management platform. When you set up a free patient portal you will be able to book, manage and keep track of your appointments, purchase consultations and packages, keep track of your health and share clinical notes and information with me.
You can book appointments with me through Halaxy by going to the Make An Appointment page of this website, to my Halaxy practitioner profile or through your Halaxy patient portal once set up. 
Halaxy protect our data with 256-bit bank grade security and encryption; meaning patient records, notes, and payment information are protected to the same level required by banks. Please refer to Halaxy’s privacy policy and terms and conditions for further information.

Appointments

Changes & Cancellations
Late cancellations and missed appointments exclude others from receiving help. Therefore, I request that if you’re unable to make a consultation that you let me know at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Cancellations within 24 hours or non-attendance will incur a charge to the total value of the booked appointment, less the 50% deposit made at the time of booking.
Re-scheduling of appointments and cancellations must be made by phone. Please call Celeste on 0407 770 177.
