A personalised meal plan will save you time, reduce stress, motivate you, tantalise your taste buds and help you succeed! The specific nutritional and dietary recommendations from your Health Plan will be translated into healthy, delicious and easy recipes. Your personalised meal plan will:

  • Include a visual planner
  • Include customised recipes
  • Account for your dietary preferences
  • Be tailored to how much time you have to cook
  • Include a grocery list for shopping ease
  • Be tailored for the number of people being served
  • Include leftover meals to save time and make away days easier
  • Cover 7 days ($90), 14 days ($150) or 28 days ($230)


Meditation provides space in our busy worlds to feel less stressed, more accepting and more at peace. Research has shown meditation to lower blood pressure, heart rate, breathing rate, reduce anxiety, stress cortisol levels and promote relaxation and feelings of well-being.

From a Buddhist perspective, we are liberating the mind from attachment to things we cannot control opening the doors to a calmer mind, a sense of inner harmony and profound wellness.

Supporting the goals of your Health Plan or as a stand-alone prescriptive practice your personalised meditation practice may include one or a blend of the following techniques:

Progressive Relaxation

Scanning the body slowly, patiently, inquisitively. Tension is released by the outward breath and feelings of calm, ease and lightness arise.

Mindfulness Meditation

Mindfulness help to reduce negative emotions, lessen impulsive thoughts and reactions, calm emotions and improve focus.

Breath Awareness Meditation

By feeling and counting the breath the body and mind is gradually stilled. Thoughts come and go, they are not your enemy nor are they the focus.

Metta Meditation

Metta means kindness. In this meditation we foster positive emotions of compassion and a loving attitude towards ourselves and others.

Acceptance Meditation

For deep healing, we bring every part of ourselves into our hearts, no longer needing to push anything away, accepting ourselves fully.

Movement Meditation

Moving mindfully brings awareness of the habits, emotions and beliefs that colour our day, enabling change. What do you bring to the table?


Yoga has long been regarded as a form of mind-body medicine that integrates the physical, mental, energetic and spiritual aspects of health. Yoga’s healing system is guided by four principles:

    1. The human body is a holistic entity and the health of any one of its various interrelated dimensions affects the other dimensions.
    2. We must acknowledge that each person’s needs are unique and their yoga practice must be tailored accordingly.
    3. Yoga is self-empowering, by playing an active role in our own journey towards health an immense sense of autonomy arises as we understand healing comes from within.
    4. The quality and state of an individuals mind is crucial to healing.

As a stand-alone prescriptive practice or grounded in the goals of your Health Plan, a personalised yoga practise may involve asana (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation practices. Through a considered and therapeutic approach your practice will reduce stress, anxiety, depression and chronic pain, improve sleep patterns, muscular strength, flexibility, promote and improve respiratory and cardiovascular function and enhance overall well-being and quality of life.
