Healthy Weight programs see the greatest success from frequent coaching and support sessions. We will discuss a strategy that may include phone consultations and text support in conjunction with your Initial and Health Plan Consultations and Focus & Review sessions. Consultation Packages are available that provide savings when multiple consultations will provide the best results.
